Damaged, misprinted or wrong item
If your tee arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send anything back.
14-day right of withdrawal (change of mind)
If you're in the EU or UK, you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason.
- Email kltees43@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the items you want to return.
- We'll reply with the return address. Send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged (trying them on to check the fit is fine).
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We'll refund the item price, plus the original standard shipping cost if you return the whole order, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds go to your original payment method.
Wrong size?
Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering. Because every tee is made to order, we can't swap sizes directly, but you can return the item under the conditions above and place a new order.
Not eligible
- Items that have been worn, washed or damaged after delivery.
- Change-of-mind requests made more than 14 days after delivery.

If you're not happy with how we handled your request, you can file a complaint in the Livro de Reclamações Eletrónico.
